Referral Program

Current users of the system can earn their school a free year of hosting & maintenance fees just by suggesting the system to another school. If you suggest the system to another school, they request a free trial with your referral id, and they end up purchasing the system, you will be given credit for the yearly fees for the following school year. It's as simple as that!

This is my way of encouraging our clients to spread the word about the system. I believe word of mouth is the best advertising; I can preach at length about how useful the system is, but when it comes from your peers it means twice as much. The better the system, the happier my schools will be. The happier my schools, the more likely they will recommend the tracker. This is my way of providing some incentive to encourage you to let others know about the tracker. This also keeps me on my toes and drives me to provide a great piece of software for you.

Rules & Requirements for the referral program

In order for a school to receive a free year of hosting, the following must happen:

• A school must request a free trial using the 'Free Trial' request form, and include your school's referral id.
• The school must use the trial and purchase the system. Once the payment has been made, you will be notified and your credit will be given for the following school year
• Only one referral per school year is allowed. Schools can not use multiple referrals in a single school year for future years.
• Your referral id is available upon request.
